These Terms apply to your use of this website and any order you place with us. We recommend reading them before you buy.
RE:FORM® Archive is an outlet. We sell RE:FORM® and other products at discounted prices. RE:FORM® and RE:FINE™ are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not the brand owner; we offer these products as an independent outlet.
By browsing this site, adding items to your cart, or completing payment you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order. When you place an order, a contract is formed between you and us on the basis of these Terms and the order details we confirm.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) and that the information you provide (e.g. shipping address, payment details) is accurate and complete.
Product descriptions, images, and prices on the site are for reference. We try to show items accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly (e.g. due to your screen or photography). We do not guarantee that product information is error-free. Images may not show every detail of the product.
We sell in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. We will use our best efforts to fulfil orders but may be unable to supply an item (e.g. if it sells out); in that case we will notify you and, if payment was taken, refund you in line with our Returns & Refunds section.
You will be charged in the currency you select at checkout. Exchange rates are approximate and include a small processing fee. Prices include any applicable sales tax where we are required to charge it; otherwise tax may be due in your country and is your responsibility. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is made online via our secure payment gateway at checkout. We accept card and other payment methods offered at checkout. You must pay the full amount due for your order and shipping. We do not process orders until payment is received. If payment fails or is declined, we may cancel the order; we are not obliged to hold items or retry payment.
We take reasonable steps to keep your payment details secure. You must not use the site or our payment process for any fraudulent or unauthorised purpose. We may report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy. We are not obliged to accept every order. We may refuse or cancel an order (in whole or in part) for reasons including: suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, stock no longer available, limits on quantity, or if we are unable to ship to your address. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in accordance with our Returns & Refunds section.
Order confirmation (e.g. by email) indicates that we have received your order; it does not always mean we have accepted it. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will let you know and refund any amount paid. We may also need to modify an order (e.g. correct a mistake); we will inform you of any significant change.
We have warehouses in Chicago (ORD), Fukuoka (FUK), and Hong Kong (HKG). We ship from the nearest warehouse where stock is available. Typical delivery time varies by region; these are estimates only and we do not guarantee delivery dates—we use our best efforts. Delivery times can be affected by customs, courier delays, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us (or to the carrier if we use a delivery partner). You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and any clearance fees in your country; we have no control over these. We will send tracking information by email when your order ships where possible.
We want you to be satisfied. Because we are an outlet selling at discounted prices, our return policy is stricter than a full-price retailer: we do not offer refunds in most cases once an order is submitted. We may approve returns in special cases at our sole discretion.
How to request a return: Contact us first at hi@reformarchive.store with your order details and reason. Do not send items back without our approval—unapproved returns will not be accepted. Return postage is your responsibility. If we approve a return, we will tell you how and where to send the item.
If we approve a return: A refund will be issued only after we receive and inspect the item. The item must be in the same condition as at delivery: unworn, unused, with all tags and original packaging. We may refuse a refund or deduct costs (e.g. restocking, repackaging, or handling) from the refund amount. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the order and may take a few business days to appear.
Quality and exchanges: We are an outlet and do not offer the same lifetime warranty as the brand. If your item has a fault that was not caused by misuse and we have the same product in stock, we may offer an exchange. A fee (e.g. for delivery) may apply. We are not obliged to offer an exchange in every case but will do our best to help when you contact us.
Damages or wrong item: Please check your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us promptly (within a reasonable time, e.g. within 14 days of delivery) at hi@reformarchive.store with details and, if possible, photos. We will evaluate and, where appropriate, offer a solution (e.g. replacement or refund for that item).

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not use it to harass others, upload harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our or others' systems, or otherwise misuse the site. We may suspend or block access if we believe you have breached these Terms.
We may change these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a "Last updated" date. If you place an order or use the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms. We may also change product range, prices, or the site itself; we are not obliged to keep the site or any product available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Use of this site and our products is at your own risk. We provide the site "as is" and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations (e.g. delivering your order) if that failure or delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemic, strikes, failure of suppliers or carriers, or government action. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you to discuss options (e.g. delayed delivery or refund).
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site and placing orders you agree to that processing.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation) form the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. We may assign our rights under these Terms; you may not assign your rights without our consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
